My stay at the resort was a mixed bag. The staff genuinely treated me like family, which made my experience feel special. The location was excellent, with easy access to shops and restaurants nearby. However, the rooms felt dated and could use some updates for comfort. Additionally, while the service was friendly, the charges for basic amenities without prior notice were a bit frustrating.

My stay at the Mayan Palace, Marina was quite an experience. The property itself is large and beautiful, with well-kept grounds. The staff was friendly and the atmosphere was fun, but be prepared for some waiting at check-in and limited shuttle availability later in the day. Overall, it was comfortable and I appreciated the more relaxed vibe compared to other resorts.

I had a great time at this hotel! The property felt safe and secure, and the rooms were quiet and comfortable even if the decor felt a bit dated. The pool area was perfect for relaxation and the beach was well-kept. I enjoyed reasonably priced meals at the on-site restaurants, but I did experience some inconvenience with the Wi-Fi only being available in the lobby. Overall, it was a fantastic value for a week in paradise.
